Our prime cod and line caught haddock are caught in the deep, clear ice cold waters of Norway and Iceland, from fisheries that are responsibly managed to sustainable levels.

With its succulent, mild flavour, cod has long been the nation’s favourite fish, and justifiably so. Our biggest seller, all cod is hand prepared on site and cut from large fillets by our skilled chefs.
Line Caught Haddock
Haddock has a sweeter and more pronounced flavour than Cod, and is meaty in texture.

Fresh, cut from large fillets with thick, soft white flesh, Hake is a fantastic fish fried in batter. Our sustainable supply comes fresh from the south-west – Brixham or Cornwall. We stock in limited quantities, to ensure freshness.
A traditional favourite, Plaice is a moist and tender flat fish with a delicate flavour. Generally available from April through to November, our supply comes fresh from the South West. Stocked in limited quantities to ensure freshness.
Quite simply one of the best fish available to have with chips. Boneless fillets, lovely distinctive flavour, fried very well in a thin batter. Our sustainable supply comes fresh from dayboats in the south-west – Brixham or Cornwall. Stocked in limited quantities to ensure freshness.
