- Proceed to checkout and pay online.
- Come to our Takeaway, join our social distancing queue and one of our team will be there to greet you – Please arrive only at your selected time.
- Collect your order from the table in the doorway – Enjoy!
We are currently operating Tuesday – Saturday 4pm to 8.30pm and Friday lunchtime 12pm to 2pm. You can choose a date and time best suited to you when placing your order.
Can I order in person at the counter?
Apologies for any inconvenience but at present we are unable to take orders at the counter as we are not allowing customers into the shop, to ensure maximum safety for our staff. If there are any spare slots we are able to take contactless payment at the door, but online orders will take priority.
Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to take phone orders.
It’s not letting me place my order online?
If you are unable to place your order online, unfortunately this means that all of our allocated slots are now full, and we are unable to take further orders. We have a limited number of slots available per day to ensure efficiency of production. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
What if I have made a mistake? Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, once the order has been processed and payment has been taken, we are unable to make any amendments. Please take your time when ordering to ensure everything is correct.
Will you be doing Gluten Free Fish and Chips?
Apologies, at the moment we will be unable to provide gluten free fish & chips. This is only temporary while we are operating with a new system and a reduced team. Once we are back to normal and reopen on Mondays, we will be back serving gluten free.
